Efficcess

What on earth does that mean did I hear you say? Well it’s our new product that promises to greatly enhance the current EPIM that you all know. We have called it Efficcess to make a combination of the words Efficient and Success. This is what we are trying to achieve for you with Efficcess.

Basically it means that PIM are now multi platform and networkable so that you can enter and retrieve you data anywhere either on your android phone or your laptop or your desktop PC. This is a big setup forward because it avoids multiple entry and make the system very portable. When out in the field you can use your cell phone to retrieve ,edit and amend the data that you entered yesterday on your desktop PC.

For those of you that are not familiar with EPIM, it is a simple low cost piece of software that enables you to schedule and prioritize your daily tasks both inside and outside the office, also to take notes, manage passwords and so on. For tasks, Each item is allocated a category or grouping and a start and finish date presented in such a way that you can easily see the color coded list of task that need doing for a particular day. ‘Well I can do that on a spreadsheet’ you might say but in fact our software database outruns the spreadsheet format by a distance. No more sorting of columns and cutting and pasting items from one area of the worksheet to another or switching between worksheets. A relational database is more powerful, Sure it will not add up a column of figures but do you really need to do that with a list of tasks? And the cost – minimal in terms of both $ and the amount of time it saves.

One of the most powerful features in Efficcess is the portability. It is incredibly useful to be able to look up you list of things to do next that you created in the office a few hours ago. Once you have set up the groupings for your daily tasks, the entry of a single item is very quick indeed. Much simpler than using Notes or Reminders on an Iphone 6, for example, and the clear presentation on the mobile version matches the desktop screens and is totally intuitive.
