If I reinstall your products, can I use the registration code again?

Yes, you can.

Should I pay extra fee if I transfer my registration code from current computer to another one?

It's FREE to transfer your registration code to another computer as long as your registration code is in valid period.

Why do I get "Sorry, your registration code is not valid. Please enter the code again." error?

The reasons might be:

1. You entered a wrong registration code. Please COPY & PASTE your registration code to avoid any typos.
2. You used a registration code for another program to register the program you want. Please make sure you use the right registration code to register the correct program..

Why didn't I receive the registration code?

The reasons might be:

1. Due to your email settings, the email containing registration code may go to your Spam folder directly. Please check it there.
2. You provided an invalid email address when you ordered the software.
3. Your email service provider rejects emails from unknown senders.

If you still cannot find the email, please reach us through our Online Support and we will help you soon.

I lost my registration code. Can you help me?

If you purchase through MyCommerce, you can easily retrieve your registration code here.

Otherwise, please provide us with your order reference or registered email address through our Online Support so that we can help you find it.

Why is the downloaded file corrupted?

This problem is due to an uncompleted download of the program. It could be caused by the Internet speed or the download tools. To solve this issue, please kindly apply the following instructions:

1. Delete the corrupted file and clean your browser's cache.
2. Restart the browser.
3. Re-download the setup file again.

Should I uninstall the old version of your products in order to install the new version?

You do not need to uninstall the older version before installing the new one. A new version can be installed over the top of the previous one. However, if you want to uninstall the previous version, please go through the steps below:

1. Click the Windows Start button
2. Click All Programs
3. Find your products and click it
4. Then click Uninstall.

When you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes to finish the removal process.

What is your refund policy?

When you purchase our products, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Within 30 days, you can request your money back if our products don't do all that we say they will.

When can I get my money back after the refund request is approved?
Once your refund request is approved, it will take 3~5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. Sometimes during holidays it may take longer but it is not expected to take over 14 days.
