Why can't I find my data after upgrade?
Please don't worry, the software could not delete anything automatically.
- Please search your file (here we take the EfficientPIM as an example) like the picture shows below and then open it. Please pay attention that it is * + .effw
- If you remember the directory where you store all your data, please click "Open File" and you can see a window pops up, then you can choose the data you want to open.
