When I open Help, it shows improperly?

Please try to right click EfficientPIM.exe and select Property, then click unlock at the bottom of the popup window. And at the same time, access to Language and select the laguage you use, here take English as an example

and then right click EfficientPIM.chm, select Property.

Then also click Unlock. Then you can open and use it again.
