Brief introduction of the four options, Restore, Import, Open and Backup

Many users feel a little confused about the four options and sometimes do not know which one to choose. Here are some advice on them.

Restore--- actually this one rarely used.

Import--- if you got some csv files that need to be imported to specific module, such as import data to events section, then this option will be used.

Open--- if you used Efficient Calendar at the very begging and then change to EfficientPIM, at this time, after install EfficientPIM, all you have to do is to open xx.ecfw file which created by Efficient Calendar directly. No need use Import to import the data created by Efficient Calendar to EfficientPIM.

Backup--- this one always be used when you backup data manually. Efficient Software offers backup automatically by default.
