Reminder alerts me at the wrong time

Some users got a problem that their reminder did not show up at the right time and leaded to missing some important tasks. Please check the time first, some users prefer 12AM instead of 12PM and so on. If you want to the time show correctly as you want, please reset the time on your computer as the time in Efficient Software always sync with the time on your PC, please access to the Control Panel>Region and Language to change the long time and short time as you want.
