I cannot open my data file, the software keeps saying that it is invalid?

Please check that the data file you try to open is backup or the original file, if it is backup, please try to open the original file; if it is original file, please try to open the software in EfficientPIM folder (here we take EfficientPIM as an example) instead of double clicking the desktop icon.

Or please reinstall the software.
