How to separately set passwords for Diary & Notes & Password Manager Modules?

In some cases, maybe you want to set a password for your Diary, Notes or Password Manager Module separately. Please follow the steps below.

1. Please click Password Protection on File menu. And then select Password to Login to the Diary Module. After that, you can set a password for Diary Module in the dialog box. And it is the same to set a password for Notes Module or Password Manager Module.
   
   
2. As far as network editions, please connect to server as the administrator, and then you can set the passwords for Diary, Notes or Password Manager Module separately.
   
3. After you set a password for Diary Module, whoever wants to visit this module should input the password correctly.
   

(Note: Efficient Reminder, Efficient Address Book, Efficient Notes, Efficient Diary, Efficient Password Manager, and Efficient Sticky Notes don't have this function.)
