In fact, we'd be hard pressed to identify any ways that Efficient Calendar Free differs significantly from the calendar functions of Outlook, aside from the fact that it doesn't appear that this program can be used interactively by multiple users (no inviting other users to meetings). We liked that users can choose from eight different color schemes, allowing a bit of interface customization. The navigation pane can also be customized to show only the buttons that the user specifies. The built-in Help file is thorough and well written."

There is also a reminder feature that provides the user periodic reminders as set for any particular task or activity. ...
