"What was the biggest influence on your decision to purchase EfficientPIM? My answer: Responsiveness and truthfulness of Efficient support personnel. I'd emailed (Oct 6th) to ask if the Pro version had some capabilities I wanted; received a response on Oct 7th with the truthful reply that no, the program didn't do what I wanted but those things would be considered in future versions. I was using Kurlo but since changing to my new computer with Windows 7, 64-bit, Kurlo gave me problems. ..."
