"... I don't want to put all my eggs in one basket so I use different software for other things. Cons: I use the Contacts to export for mailmerge purposes (creates a .csv file). Unfortunately there have been errors on exporting which, after trial and error, came down to putting data in the comments section and the use of punctuation commas within a text field. ...
