"... So do test exports regularly, if you intend to export contacts data, so that any quirks can be sorted out before you have to go hunting for a needle in a haystack! Additionally, the exported result needed to be converted to an Excel file format for better mailmerge results. Pity you can't use the Organiser's resident data as the mailmerge source. Summary: Lovely interface (and colour schemes). Very easy to use and, if you have experience of MS Outlook, Efficient Lady's Organizer provides similar but more extensive functionality."
