Although this free version of EfficientPIM alludes to some of the features that are available only in the Pro version, like spell check, this version of the software still offers a very impressive array of features. The program's Help file is well-written and thorough. Overall, we find it hard to imagine a free PIM that's a better choice than EfficientPIM Free."

"The software takes up a low-to-moderate amount of system resources, has a good response time, supports multiple languages for the interface, includes a well-drawn help file for all user levels (too bad it doesn't have snapshots) and didn't cause us any technical difficulties during our tests. Unfortunately, the unregistered version has some harsh limitations (e.g. cannot insert attachments and file links or create groups). Other than that, we strongly recommend EfficientPIM to all users."
