Pros: This organizer contains all the things I need to organize myself and my life - calendar, events, contacts list, task list, diary, and, best of all, a 'notes' section where I can make any number of notes instead of having to plough through odd scraps of paper to find what I'm looking for. It certainly has my vote and is highly recommended. It looks pretty too, of course, and you can choose from four colour schemes. There are only a few items I am prevented from using (passwords being one of them) unless I purchase the full version. A great bundle - especially as it's free! Cons: None that I've found so far."

Everything about the program is both detailed and easy to use; for example, it's easy to create new events, but there's still a high level of customization, with settings for importance, recurrence, colored labels, flexible reminders, and even user-defined alert sounds. ... Although this free version of EfficientPIM alludes to some of the features that are available only in the Pro version, like spell check, this version of the software still offers a very impressive array of features. The program's Help file is well-written and thorough. ..."
