"... Unfortunately there have been errors on exporting which, after trial and error, came down to putting data in the comments section and the use of punctuation commas within a text field. Removing these obstacles did not correct the export issue. The only solution was the delete the offending record and re-enter from scratch. ... Additionally, the exported result needed to be converted to an Excel file format for better mailmerge results. Pity you can't use the Organiser's resident data as the mailmerge source. ..."
