"... My answer: Responsiveness and truthfulness of Efficient support personnel. I'd emailed (Oct 6th) to ask if the Pro version had some capabilities I wanted; received a response on Oct 7th with the truthful reply that no, the program didn't do what I wanted but those things would be considered in future versions. ... I use your program for personal contacts - every year I mail out Christmas cards to friends and family, so I want to export only name, address, city, state, zip, and country fields, which I then merge with my envelope template in order to print envelopes. Because I can't specify fields to export, I now have to "tweak" the exported data, which requires a lot of extra work. ..."
