"What was the biggest influence on your decision to purchase EfficientPIM? My answer: EfficientPIM is the only PIM I have come across with a diary feature. This allows the user to keep track of past events as well as forthcoming ones. Please write down your comments on EfficientPIM. My answer: An improvement would be to link the 'Events' function to the 'Diary' function, so that past 'Events' are automatically logged in the Diary. Alternatively, one could make it possible to open a 'New Diary Entry' from an entry in the 'Events' function."

"By default the program shows today's activities but you can specify which interface will be displayed at the program's start. The program has indeed too many configurable options: you can use different hotkeys besides using the mouse to execute different actions; show the entries for certain days; include/exclude tasks with no due date; hide completed tasks; minimize the program to keep you alert for the scheduled events. For contacts, you can enter the contact's full name directly or enter the first and last name separately."
