"... I can also easily back-up my data, by copying the .effx files and storing it somewhere safe. Cons: None so far. Summary: To get both female/male interface skins, download the portable version of the organizer you don't want. Extract. Then copy and save all the .skn files from the "Skin" folder. Install the verision you want, like the "Efficient Lady's Organizer", then copy all the .skn files that is not available in the Lady's version and paste in the Lady's verion skin folder."
