Unfortunately there have been errors on exporting which, after trial and error, came down to putting data in the comments section and the use of punctuation commas within a text field. ... So do test exports regularly, if you intend to export contacts data, so that any quirks can be sorted out before you have to go hunting for a needle in a haystack! Additionally, the exported result needed to be converted to an Excel file format for better mailmerge results. ..."
