Efficient Man's Organizer 3.55 Released!

  1. Updated languages: Italian and Portuguese.
  2. Added option for network edition: Hide Other Users' Private Data.
  3. Added option for network edition: Hide Other Users' Tasks.
  4. Added option for network edition: you can set the default access rights (private or public) of new records.
  5. In network edition, you can see each user's calendar view separately without setting Hide Other Users' Private Data.
  6. In network edition, once you input your password and selected Remember password in the interface of connecting to server, there is no need for you to input your password again.
  7. When delete a recurring event, in the interface of Confirm Delete, our software selected Delete this occurrence by default.
  8. Other improvements are made and bugs are fixed.

Efficient Man's Organizer 3.51 Released!

Efficient Man's Organizer 3.0 Released!

  1. Changed data file format to Firebird.
  2. Added Network Edition.
  3. Attachments and contact pictures are now saved directly in the same data file where other data records are saved. (In previous versions, attachments were saved in a separate folder.)
  4. Users are allowed to add event and task labels and allowed to change label color.
  5. Added two custom fields for each contact.
  6. You can now search specific text in the comments.
  7. You can set categories for contacts and other records, and can search for records by category.
  8. Added a "Contact" column in the Task list view.
  9. Added a "Category" column in the information list view.
  10. You can set weather and emotion icons for each diary entry at the same time.
  11. When a new desktop note is added, now the software will position it automatically to avoid overlapping between notes wherever possible.
  12. When entering password, now you can do it directly with a password generator.
  13. A "Privacy" option was added which allows you to set the number of recent files and to clear text records you have entered.
  14. When the software runs at Windows startup automatically, the user can choose to allow the software to remember the file password, if this has not been done yet, to avoid entering password each time.

  1. Solved the problem that the "Show icon and notifications" status of the tray icon could not be saved in Windows 7.
  2. New feature: If the last opened file has been renamed or deleted, the last several opened files will be provided for you to select from when the program launches.
