]]>Below are the key things that any PIM needs to provide you with.
One: Input of different types of information? There is a lot of information that most people need to keep track of to help them stay organized. Any good PIM will allow you to add many different types of information.
Some of the information you should be able to add include:
– Birthdays
– To do lists
– Contacts for business and personal
– Appointments
– Notes
Some of the software that you can find will also allow you to add even more personal or business information so you can be as organized and efficient as possible.
Two: Password protection? When you enter information that is private in PIM, there needs to be a way that it can be protected from others seeing it. While the software may keep you organized and help you be efficient, if you can’t protect your information then this is bad news for you.
These are just two of the best ways to help you determine what the best PIM software is for you. If the software you choose doesn’t have these two at least, then it would be a smart idea to move on to another one that does offer them. This way you can stay organized easily and protect yourself from prying eyes.
